James is an entrepreneur and the owner of different international businesses of various industries. His 15 years of experience in outsourcing and HR industry includes clients in the humanitarian field as well as fleet staffing. Working with clients from different countries, in the commercial and NGO sector has gained him insightful experience to adapt easily in new territories and share his vast knowledge in the staffing field. James is passionate about growing businesses that take excellent care of their own employees and clients alike. James was raised in South Africa, has lived in numerous other countries and now resides in Colorado.
Michael, our Chief Legal Officer, is a Qualified Attorney, with more than 15 years of experience in private legal practice including experience and knowledge in international law and mercantile transactions.

Sy is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in several businesses. He oversees the operations and structure for Mainspring Resourcing from a high level approach. He has an ability to problem solve using simple and practical methods regardless of the complexity of the problem. Sy determines the "kink" in the business hose and solves the issue creating the best environment for businesses to thrive. Sy brings 20 years of experience in human resourcing through his own business ventures. Seeing other business owners succeed in freeing up their time so they can spend their time on what they value most motivates Sy to do what he does.
Wayne, Chief Operations Officer, is the managing director and shareholder of various South African based companies. As corporate executive and strategist he is most effective as a turnaround specialist and has a proven track record of excellence in his field. With a post graduate qualification in Financial Markets and Instruments his passion is in the financial industry. As a strong team player, as well as leader, he believes in diligent, uncompromising and upright public and business relations, and core family values.
Paul is Chief Technology Officer, leading Mainspring Technology - a growing division focused on developing technology and support. Paul has worked in technology areas such as IT Support, Systems Engineering, and Robotic Process Automation. He specializes in bridging the communication gap between business and technology. Besides his passion for developing technology Paul enjoys building relationships around the world, travel, as well as volunteering with ministries and nonprofits.
EXECUTIVE AFRICA OPERATIONS
Jan has been involved in the implementation of various major management contracts in Ghana, Angola, the DRC, Namibia and South Sudan as a Project Manager, Operation Manager and Country Manager. He is passionate about training and transferring knowledge to local management in the various countries.
Jan has also been involved in the creating of Standard Operating Procedures for HR and IR systems as well as productivity and management reports for the Fishing and Canning, Oil and Gas, Mining as well as Telecommunications Sectors in various African Countries. He was also instrumental in the development and implementation of a Time and Attendance System in a remote mine in the North Kivu Province of the DRC solely based on solar energy.
Natalie has extensive experience internationally (Africa, British Isles and Europe) in sectors which include – Hotel Management, the Diplomatic Corps, Sales Management, Customer Service and Account Management, Financial Management, Project and Organizational Management, System and Procedure Establishment and Management, Training and Recruitment which encompasses executive staffing and outsourcing. Her natural Management style is contagious and, having lived in several countries she communicates effectively and with ease across all cultures. Her personal motto is “I hope that my achievements in life shall be these – that I will have fought for what was right and fair, that I will have risked for that which mattered, and that I will have given help to those who were in need that I will have left the earth a better place for what I’ve done and who I’ve been.” — C.Hoppe
Ramina is our Human Resources consultant and recruiter. Ramina comes from a corporate world with over 12 years of experience in HR and Business Operations along with Lean Manufacturing training. She uses her knowledge to help recruit skilled and qualified candidates to meet our client's needs and requirements.
